It has been reported that Al Gore was interviewed last week in San Francisco by police regarding the charges surrounding a 2006 visit by a massage therapist in his Portland hotel room.

According to reports, the licensed therapist told police of her terror as the former vice president mauled her in a Portland hotel room. A copy of her 2006 police statement tells how Gore greeted her at the door of his room at the Hotel Lucia for the 11 p.m. appointment with a hug that "went on a bit long," then quipped "call me Al."

Hotel staff told the licensed therapist that the client was Al Gore, but that he was going under the name "Mr Stone."

Gore allegedly asked her to focus on his abdominal area and adductors -- the inner thigh muscles -- as well as his back and other areas. But while his lower body was covered with a sheet, she said, Gore "became vocal" with "muffled moans" and asked her to go lower.

Well, the licensed therapist refused. And that got Mr. Gore, Mr. Stone, or “Al” angry. She said, "It appeared he was demanding sexual favors or sexual behaviors,".

Gore through a spokesperson earlier this year reportedly "unequivocally and emphatically" denied making unwanted sexual advances toward the woman and that he welcomed the investigation.

Well the thing has not gone away yet. The case has been re-opened, and the story is back in the news today.
