Light rain, cloud cover and mild wind was all that Wayne County received as a result of Hurricane Earl. Meteorologist Mike Moneypenny with the NWS in Raleigh says their forecast was right on the money and as predicted, Goldsboro received minimal effects.... Read Full Story
